โ˜๏ธ Building the company first and writing the book second is the more common path โ€” and the more suspect one. A book written to support an existing business tends to read as marketing collateral, however well-intentioned. Ideas developed under commercial pressure have a way of bending toward what the business needs them to say. I began writing AI-Powered Partnerships more than two years ago โ€” well before the seam we now describe at AIEco Partnersโ„ข started breaking in the way enterprises are experiencing it today. The research predates the pressure to be right.I wanted the opposite.

I wanted the Three-Gap Framework โ€” workflow orchestration, infrastructure orchestration, human adoption orchestration โ€” to exist as intellectual property first: timestamped, published, and defensible before a single client engagement depended on it being true. Writing the book forced a discipline that founding a company under deadline pressure rarely allows โ€” research the failure modes, test the framework against real partnership case studies, publish it, and let it be challenged.

By the time AIEco Partnersโ„ข opened its doors, the framework wasn't a pitch. It was published thinking that a company was built to operationalize.

That sequence matters to prospective clients too. It's the difference between hiring a firm that reverse-engineered a methodology to sell something, and one that spent years building the idea before it had anything to sell.

*๏ธโƒฃ*๏ธโƒฃ*๏ธโƒฃ The book came first. The conviction did too.๐Ÿ‘‰ Follow AIEco Partnersโ„ข for the next installment in the AI Gap Series, or explore AI-Powered Partnerships to see where the framework began.
